MISSION:

● Support the Talent Buying team in building unforgettable lineup experiences that bring artists and fans closer together.

● Contribute to the discovery and evaluation of artists who embody the spirit, identity, and energy of Sixthman communities.

● Help maintain the accuracy and organization of key booking materials to streamline the overall programming process.

● Strengthen relationships across internal teams by providing timely, thoughtful support that keeps programming initiatives moving forward.

● Serve as a collaborative and proactive team member who champions organization, curiosity, and a passion for events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Assist Talent Buyers with artist research, discovery, and trend tracking across genres and communities relevant to Sixthman events.

● Support the creation and upkeep of booking materials, including offer sheets, contract trackers, schedule grids, and lineup documents.

● Monitor touring announcements, festival lineups, and industry news to help identify new booking opportunities.

● Update internal databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and timely information for the Event Manager, Marketing, Talent Relations, Production, and Operations teams.

● Help prepare lineup proposals, budget breakdowns, mock schedules, and other materials used in internal meetings and artist discussions.

● Assist with communication between the Talent Buying and Business Affairs department through oversight over administrative tasks in the booking process.

● Collaborate internally to communicate lineup changes, programming needs, and talent related updates.

● Participate in team meetings by sharing insights, ideas, and research to support lineup strategy and creative programming development.

● Provide general support to the Talent Buying department on day-to-day tasks that help keep projects organized and moving forward.

QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE

● Must be able to receive academic credit for this unpaid internship

● Must be able to provide your own laptop

● Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal skills

● Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

● Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask

● Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes or challenges

● Computer proficiency (Email, Word, Google, and strong Excel skills)

● Familiarity with these software platforms are a plus – Slack, Monday, Outlook
